A former mortgage finance professional and housing specialist, Tito brings great energy, local knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet her client's needs whether buying, selling, or renting property. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sonia specializes in the diverse and unique neighborhoods of Southern Westchester County.

Prior to joining ERA Insite Realty, Tito was a sales agent at Prudential Centennial Realty in Scarsdale. Sonia was previously a Housing Locator for the Nassau County Office of Housing and Intergovernmental Affairs where she worked with landlords to provide housing opportunities for dozens of clients. She also worked as a Loan Officer on Long Island.
Tito supports several local social and charitable organizations including the Junior League of Bronxville where she serves on the Fundraising Committee, the Eliza Corwin Frost Child Center where she serves on the school’s Steering Committee, and the Bronxville Woman's Club where she is a member. She is also involved with St. Joseph's Church in Bronxville, Reform Church Nursery School, and The Chapel School. She is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals as well as the national, state and local Realtor associations.
