FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – Looking for your next home? Visit luxury home builder Toll Brothers between Sept. 21 and 29 for Toll Advantage Days in Fairfield County and maybe you’ll find a bargain.
In Fairfield County, Toll Advantage Days will be held in Danbury (Rivington), Newtown (Newtown Woods), Bethel (The Summit) and Wilton (River Ridge). The event gives homebuyers a glimpse behind the scenes to see how Toll Brothers combines luxury designs with quality and value, a press release said.
“Everyone wants to save money – especially with a purchase as big and important as a home,” said Jack Lannamann, division president. “Toll Advantage Days helps buyers to get an up-close-and-personal look at what building a Toll Brothers home is all about, and I’m certain they’ll come away knowing that this is the builder to believe in.”
From noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21 and Sunday, Sept. 29, interested home buyers can meet the builder and learn about the new home building experience of Toll Brothers.
“Home buyers who build new homes instead of buying resale can move right into the home of their dreams without having to make repairs or change anything,” according to the release. “They will have all the benefits of more up-to-date features that an older home may not have, and they will start fresh with new appliances that have never been used before.”
To take advantage of the special savings that will be offered through the event, buyers must make a deposit between Sept. 21 and Sept. 29. Special Toll Advantage Day offerings will vary among communities, so buyers should contact their community of interest to learn more.
