Family Files Lawsuit Over Poor Air Quality At Wilton School

WILTON, Conn. -- The parents of two Wilton students filed suit Nov. 17 in Stamford Superior Court against the Board of Education, Wilton schools, and town officials claiming their children suffered injuries from poor indoor air quality at Miller-Driscoll School, according to the wiltonbulletin.com.

Marissa and Christopher Lowthert said in their complaint that their children were injured after being subjected to mold, poor indoor air quality, high carbon dioxide, and poor ventilation at Miller-Driscoll School, reported the wiltonbulletin.com.

The complaint also says the children suffered injuries that could be permanent, including chronic congestion, cognitive symptoms and asthma, said the wiltonbulletin.com.
