The High School Partnership Program with Wilton High School allows students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and a recommendation from administrators to take NCC’s courses for free, according to the report. The program is exclusively for juniors and seniors, and students are limited to two courses per semester.

Although the program has existed since the 1980s, Wilton High School officials said few students have participated in it.
