FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – Several football games scheduled for Friday involving Fairfield County schools have been postponed by heavy rain and have been rescheduled for Saturday.
Wilton will now host Bassick on Saturday at noon, while Danbury’s game at Bridgeport Central has been moved to Saturday at 11 a.m. The Fairfield Ludlowe at Trumbull game will start Saturday at 10 a.m.
The Fairfield Prep at Xavier game has been switched to 7 p.m. Saturday. In the South-West Conference, the Notre Dame-Fairfield at Joel Barlow contest has been moved to 4 p.m. Saturday.
