Wilton totaled 36 points and won with ease over Roger Ludlowe of Fairfield, which had 98 points. Jockey Hollow of Monroe finished third with 124 points.
Angela Saidman won the race for Wilton, covering the 1.86-mile course in 11:58.6. She was joined by teammates Tess Pissanelli (2), Emily Welch (4), Lauren Klym (8) and Lily Kealy (22). All four girls acheived All WCC Conference status. Eleanor Imrie, Ashley Nicoletti, and Kira Howard also ran for Wilton.
The Wilton boys took third with 109 points behind Tomlinson (Fairfield) with 69 points and Fairfield Woods scoring 83 points.
The boys were led by Flynn Crowther (6), Harrison Houser (10), Sean McHale (19) and Scottie Candee (21) and Ben Grass (56). Crowther, Houser, McHale and Candee all achieved All WCC Conference status.
This is the fourth conference championship for the girls but their first in cross country. Wilton has won three track and field championships.
The third place finish for the boys was the highest finish since the establishment of the conference meet five years ago.
