Monday afternoon is forecast to be mostly sunny, with a high near 56. Northwest winds will be around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Monday night will see a patchy frost after 5 a.m., but otherwise partly cloudy with a low around 34. Northwest winds will be between 6 and 11 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.
