WILTON-RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Weir Farm National Historic Site, located in Wilton and Ridgefield, has expanded its hours for spring and summer.
The Visitor Center is now open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays through the end of November, the park announced on its Facebook page .
The grounds are open dawn to dusk every day. If the Visitor Center is closed when you visit, grab a brochure from the Visitor Center porch and explore the historic landscape.
The works of Dmitri Wright, modern-day American Impressionist, are now on exhibit in the visitor center through July 7 in an exhibition titled "Impressions of Light." To find out more about Wright and his work, visit his website . He is also visitor of the month at the park.
