Crews Knock Down House Fire On Ridgefield-Wilton Border

WILTON, Conn. -- Fire crews came from Ridgefield and Wilton to knock down a blaze at a house on Pelham Lane early Wednesday, according to the Wilton Bulletin.

Flames were coming from the Ridgefield home's bedroom windows when firefighters arrived, according to News 12 Connecticut. The couple safely exited the home, said News 12 Connecticut.

The fire caused damage in a big room and hallway of the house, Ridgefield Assistant Fire Chief Jerry Myers told the Wilton Bulletin.
