The incident took place around 3:10 a.m. Wednesday when a woman who lives at the Tower Street Apartments told officers she woke up to find James Donahue, of Milford, who lives in a different apartment, standing over her bed, said the Milford Police.
The woman told police that Donahue then demanded "his" cell phone and said that he would kill her if she didn't give it to him, police said.
He was arrested and charged with threatening. He is being held on $1,000 bond.
