WILTON, Conn. The Wilton Police Department is looking for two men who damaged the doors to the Fairfield County Bank branch in Georgetown.
According to reports, a passenger in a large pickup truck got out to use the ATM, located inside a set of glass doors. The driver then drove the truck into the glass doors, preventing the passenger from leaving the building, a witness said.
The damaged doors would not open once the truck was moved, police said. After several attempts by the passenger to kick the door open, the driver once again drove the truck into the glass doors, breaking them, police said.
The witness got the license plate number, and detectives were following several leads.
