The charges against Coley T. Monachino include possession of alcohol by a minor and permitting minors to possess alcohol, according to police.
Police said they originally responded to a loud music complaint just before midnight on July 15. When they arrived at the home at 5 Sign al Hill Road, the officers found a party with alcohol hosted by the teenager and attended by 16 underage guests, police said. The parents were out of town, police said.
Officers seized beer at the scene, police said. Monachino was issued a misdemeanor summons to appear in court on July 24.
