I walk on School Rd every afternoon. I have found this crew from GPL to be very hardworking and courteous. Everyday I see how motivated they are to do a good job for our town. The immediate attention to the landscaping is an added bonus. On Kristine Lilly Way you can not even tell where they have dug. I wish all companies took this much pride in their work. Thank you!
Until ALL the families of children who had attended and received full or partial services in the last SEVEN YEARS have been notified and those families have been interviewed, then the investigation is not complete. They did not apparently investigate or gain access to this man's cell phone to determine what pictures and communications it contained. How would they know whether or not he had a flashdrive that he used to download the images that were found on his home computer? Did he have or have access to small cameras? Did the investigators search the school computers? How did the school system hire him with apparently no background in education, let alone special ed? Relying on adults' testimony as to whether any acts, words, pictures had been perpetrated upon the very young children is incomplete and inadequate in an investigation. Are we that naive to think that any possible actions would have taken place in front of others? Did these adults ever believe that he would have been downloading child pornography in the first place that they never noticed any behaviors worth reporting - so, the questions must be asked 'what were the questions asked of the other adults' who worked there. Was another adult always next to this man, listening to this man, watching this person while he was in proximity to or assisting, working with any child. That does not appear to be possible and therefore the other adults' observations or experiences should not trump those of the children and families. How is it that a family complaint in toileting their child in 2013 was dismissed - unless other adults were actually attending to the child in person - which has NOT been reported - they would not necessarily know what happened and can not speak to it or about it.
