WILTON, Conn. -- Peachwave Frozen Yogurt of Wilton officially opened its doors on Dec. 13 at 142 Old Ridgefield Road.

The self-serve froyo store has been open since Halloween but made it official with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Wilton First Selectman William Brennan, Chamber of Commerce Director Janeen Leppert, and Peachwave’s Greg Young, Gregg Roberts, Kurt Houser, and Ryan Ventura attended the grand opening.

“Although this was our official grand opening, the people of Wilton have already warmly welcomed us,'' said Ventura, manager of the Wilton Peachwave. "We are looking forward to investing in this community through the relationships we have already formed and the families that have found us to be a safe place to bring their kids.”

Peachwave Wilton is open Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from noon-10 p.m.

Peachwave provides a wide variety of frozen yogurt flavors topped with choices including fresh fruit, dry fruit, and other healthy and fun toppings.

During the holiday break, Peachwave will show family movies from 6 to 8 p.m. every night from Dec. 26 to 31.
