The driver was killed and the passenger seriously injured after they crashed into rocks and a tree before spinning into a creek during a police pursuit Thursday in a residential neighborhood in West Norwalk, police said. The officer who attempted to stop the car was responding to an unrelated call about a police foot chase of a man wanted on numerous drug charges, Norwalk Police said. State Police are investigating the incident.
