WILTON, Conn. - Antoinette B. Corr of Wilton died Monday, Nov. 24. She was 88.
Corr was born June 14, 1926, in New Canaan, to Lawrence and Pauline Vitti. She assisted nurses and patients at Silver HIll for more than two decades. She was a lifelong member of the parish at St. Aloysius. She lived in Wilton for 50 years.
Corr is survived by her sister, Agnes Cherniavsky of Milford; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Edmund Corr; sister, Agnes; and brothers, Frank Vitti, Michael Vitti, and Anthony Vitti.
Calling hours are Saturday, Nov. 29 from 9:30 to 11: 30 a.m. at the Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main St., New Canaan, and at St. Aloysius’ Stapleton Hall after the Mass. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29 at St. Aloysius Church, Cherry St., New Canaan, interment to follow in Lakeview Cemetery, New Canaan.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wilton Volunteer Ambulance Corps at 234 Danbury Road in Wilton.
