OSSINING, N.Y. -- Susan Louise Bingell, a longtime resident of Ossining, died on Tuesday, Dec. 16, in Bristol, Conn. She was 65.
Bingell was born in North Tarrytown on May 23, 1949 and was the daughter of the late Alfred Lee and Doris (Johnson) Bingell.
Bingell was a retired bookkeeper from the Stop & Shop in Ossining where she worked for 27 years.
She is survived by her son Todd (Erika) of Bristol; three grandchildren William, Brady and Lindsey of Bristol; her partner Jan Janicki of Ossining; siblings Steve and Kathy Huey; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Scott.
Visiting hours will be held at Dorsey Funeral Home, Ossining, on Thursday, Dec. 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m . The services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, Dec. 19 at 11 a.m. with the interment to follow at St. Augustine’s Cemetery.
