The motorcyclist who was pulled from the waters under I-95 in Baltimore on Monday afternoon after crashing has died, Maryland Transportation Authority Police officials confirmed. At approximately 12:40 p.m. on April 29, officers were called to the southbound ramp of I-395 leading to I-95 south, where there was a reported crash that involved a rider being ejected and sent over the barrier and into the water below. The man who forced his way into the hotel room of an elderly woman in Montgomery County and sexually assaulted her has been sentenced to decades in prison, the state's attorney's office announced.
