Shooting Incident In Quiet Manhasset Neighborhood Under Investigation Police are investigating a shooting incident in a quiet neighborhood on Long Island.  It happened around 6:40 p.m. Friday, May 10 in Manhasset. Officers who responded to a 911 call for shots fired on Pond Hill Road observed a dispensed shell casing lying on the ground, Nassau County Police said.
