The multi-vehicle crash happened near mile marker 5 in Antrim Township around 11 a.m., according Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Megan Frazer. The northbound lanes closed at exit 5 to Greencastle and Waynesboro, according to 511PA. Northbound traffic was being detoured off the highway at exit 5, according to Frazer.
